Today we will celebrate the life of the Mother of Sister Marsha Reddix and Evelyn Thompson, both are very faithful members of our ministry!. Their mother lived in Washington DC; there are two Memorial Services being held, one in D.C. and the other at Jubilee. Pray for the family!!

GOD BLESS EVERYONE THAT CONTRIBUTED IN OUR COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS FRIENDSHIP WALK-A-THON FOR DISASTER PREPAREDNESS......WE RAISED $2,006.00 AND ARE STILL RECEIVING DONATIONS.....TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS: Tragedy, famine, war, attacks, natural disasters etc. can happen anywhere, anytime.......let's not wait to come together during a crisis.....let's do it NOW!! Jubilee will be hosting a Community Friendship Walk-A-Thon fundraiser on Saturday, September 16th, 10am. All proceeds from this event will go towards our efforts to gather Disaster Preparedness Supplies in our pledge to have resources available for the community in times of need. A portion of the donations will also be used to help support HOUSTON. The amounts raised will be announced at our "National Back To Church" Sunday Service on September 17th during the 11am service. All are invited to come, donate, unite and or walk on Saturday and celebrate on Sunday!! Thank you in advance for your consideration!!

Jubilee is hosting a fundraising event on Tuesday, Aug 22nd, 5:00-8:00pm at the RED ONION BURGER located at 21005 44th Ave. W., Mountlake Terrace WA......"Come and help our youth out!!"

Pasco Mission Trip 2017

Washington State Jurisdiction, Church of God in Christ, 2017 Bible Bowl Champions!! Jubilee has won 3 years in a row!! Giving God all the glory!! Our youth and coaches sacrificed and worked hard and competed in Mathematics, Spelling, Jump Rope, Oratorical and Bible Bowl competitions.......Thanks to the Jurisdictional Sunday School Dept. for making this event possible.

Jubilee COGIC's 2017 Education Appreciation Day was a huge success......this year's Coordinator was Sister Diana George!! We were able to recognize 35 students and 20 teachers for their accomplishments. The Deacon Alvin S. Moore Education Enhancement Award was presented to: Kerian Brown (College level), Isaiah Liddell (High School level), Jemyre Reed (Middle School level), BraNneka Torres & Amber Golden (Elementary School level). The Significant Achievement Award was presented to Sibusiso Ndhlovu. The Teacher of the Year Medallion was present to Tameaka Gardener and the Elder Alonzo D. Moore Most Inspirational Student Award went to Missionary Rose Green. Our invited guest speaker was Elder Arnold Myers (his wife, District Missionary Beverly Myers accompanied him). Congratulations and thank God for all of your hard work. "Getting our learning while NOT losing our burning!!"

Jubilee Church of God in Christ Mother's Board Appointment: Mother Mattie George (President), Mother Cora Boyd, Mother Yvonne Hanzy, Mother Gloria Larkin, Mother Rose Green......they've all accepted their appointments and are ready to work....thank God for their willingness to go forth.....we honor them.......Mother Alice Moore would be so godly proud!!

PRAYER POWER 2017....1 power packed evening of prayer, praise, worship and the Word!! All are invited to be a part of this combined service with the churches of District 8 of the Washington State Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ. This service will begin at 7pm at the Jubilee Church of God in Christ.....Mother L. Byers will be in the house and the Holy Ghost is in charge......come and get recharged
